Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Vespa House all exchanges, returns & refunds will only be granted only if the products you’re wishing to return are in the original packaging and condition. Original condition, meaning with all tags in tact and no damage to the product or products packaging. Always check to make sure your delivery contains the correct products and sizes to verify you’ve received what you ordered.

Also, please always try your new gear on to verify the sizes and products are correct, before removing any tags or disposing of any packaging. We know how important it is to have the right fit, so please double check measurements before purchasing. In the event you need to return an item to us, no problem, you have 30 days.
